The Fermentorium Brewery and Tasting Room

Located just outside of Cedarburg at Five Corners on Highway 60 next to Cedar Crest Ice Cream, our craft brewery offers ample parking to get out of the main drag, while still being close to the heart of everything.

The brainchild of a locally-raised homebrewer, The Fermentorium opened its doors early in 2016. Currently offering 24 beers on tap, the brewery also distributes to restaurants and bars all over Southeastern Wisconsin.

New Brew Thursday 4/16: Music Maker: Strata

This week we release a remix to our popular hit, Music Maker. A single hop American Pale Ale featuring Strata hops. In this variation the use of the Strata Hop delivers layered notes of tropical fruit including: guava, passionfruit and grapefruit while also offering dank herbal notes. Fermented warm with a unique Norwegian farmhouse yeast adds to the amplification of the tropical characteristics
