Welcome to our Cedarburg Tasting Room

Located at our brewery, this 2500-square-foot tap room offers 24 beers all made here at The Fermentorium. We have plenty of seating for your crew including our ambrosia maple bar, tables, lounging space, and covered outdoor patio space. Stay entertained while tasting a few of our craft beers with a round of pool, classic board games, or bag toss. 

The Tasting Room also features beer to-go as well as popular merchandise such as our Juice Packets T-shirt, growlers, hats, and more. We also offer pizza, appetizers, and snacks to pair with your beer.

Starters

Tater Tots

Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Try them with your choice of dipping sauce.

Totchos

Crunchy tater tots baked with Monterey jack & cheddar cheese. Topped with pico de ga/lo, black olives, jalapenos, and sour cream.

Mac n Cheese Bites

A blend of six kinds of cheese coating macaroni noodles battered and cooked to perfection.

Mexican Corn Bites

Roasted corn mixed with a blend of four kinds of cheese, a touch of jalapeno, and a hint of lime.

Bavarian Soft Pretzel

10 oz baked soft pretzel from Milwaukee Pretzel Company served with nacho cheese and our house-made beer mustard.

Boneless Chicken Wings

Half a pound of breaded boneless chicken pieces tossed in your choice of buffalo, bbq, garlic parmesan, and or spicy sweet chili sauce. Ranch and Blue Cheese available upon request.

Appetizer Flight

A full order of boneless wings, tater tots, Mexican corn bites, and mac n cheese bites with your choice of two sauces. This cluster bang is close to two pounds of food so you might need a friend or three.

Schwai’s smoked hot dog topped with fresh pico de gallo, refried beans, cotija cheese, chipotle ranch, and Fritos on a toasted bun.

Buffalo Chicken Dog

Schwai's smoked hot dog topped with chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, melted shredded cheese, green onions, and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing on a toasted bun.

German Dog

Schwai's smoked hot dog topped with sauerkraut, and our house-made beer mustard on a toasted bun.
