The Fermentorium Tasting Room

The Fermentorium Brewery and Tasting Room

Located just outside of Cedarburg at the Five Corners on Highway 60 next to Cedar Crest Ice Cream, our craft brewery offers ample parking to get out of the main drag, while still being close to the heart of everything.

The brainchild of a locally-raised homebrewer, The Fermentorium opened its doors early in 2016. Currently offering ten beers on tap with plans to expand, the brewery also distributes to restaurants and bars all over Southeastern Wisconsin.

Upcoming Beers
Last week’s release of Sweater Weather, an 8.4% Imperial Milk Stout was met with a great response. If you haven’t tried this luxurious brew, come by or seek out a bottle at your local liquor store. Tomorrow we will be piloting an American Brown brewed with El Dorado hops, which add a fruity, tropical character. On the 16th we will release Great Job!!, a Red IPA based on our first ever beer, Hello World. Two more pilots will be released in the coming weeks, Smoked Helles with peat smoked malt and “Raised by Haze,” a hazy IPA brewed by Karl.

Downdogs & Drafts
The next installment of Downdogs & Drafts with Tamara Sprenger will be at 11am on the 11th. For $15 you get an hour yoga class and two beer tokens. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Anniversary Party
Mark your calendars for March 11th. The Fermentorium will be celebrating our first anniversary with a beer release, food and more details to come.

Food at the Fermentorium

Our brewery and taproom are exactly that. We make great beer and carry several flavors of local craft sodas for designated drivers, kiddos, and those who just feel like a pop. We have excellent purified water and hot tea for refreshments as well. Please no outside beverages, we take care of that department.

We all get peckish when we are out being social. The Fermentorium offers rotating snacks: currently a spicy mix and roasted peanuts for $1 each. We have also teamed up with The Stilt House to offer fresh, homemade potato chips, each week a rotating flavor for $2. We expect to continue to team up with local businesses to offer their fine fare as we grow, so we can do what we love and what we are good at: make beer.

     Outside Food Policy

BYO food! We have menus for local pizza delivery so you can call from here, just ask your friendly bartender. Pop over to Wayne’s Drive-In and bring back a cheeseburger to pair with your beer, or carry in any of the area restaurants’ fantastic meals. We have an open door policy for food.

Stay tuned for more updates! We are a growing business looking to complement our community and satisfy our guests, so will continue to offer more and varying options for your enjoyment.

Did you know that we have a pile of games for your enjoyment in the grey cabinet?

Operation, Trivial Pursuit, Cribbage and yes, even Parcheesi are available- among many others. Board game carry-ins are welcome if Parcheesi isn't your thing. So come by and enjoy a board game with your frosty beverage.

Beer Flight

Custom Beer Flights

Paul Janik, friend of The Fermentorium and the woodworker responsible for our coffee tables, community table and bar top is making custom beer flights for sale. Stop in the tasting room and grab one of these custom pieces before they're gone. You can also pick up some of our taster glasses for $5 each to complete the set.
